• Refund Policy:
  Refunds are not available for reservations unless the reservation is canceled in accordance with the policy below or due to a technical error on our part. Any refunds will be processed using the original payment method, subject to the policies of the third-party payment processor.

• Cancellation and Refunds:
  For restaurant reservations, cancellations can be made without penalty up to 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges equivalent to a portion of the total reservation value or forfeiture of any pre-paid deposits.
